Azure Global Infrastructure
Azure Regions
- Definition: Geographical areas containing one or more data centers

Azure Resources

Resource Groups
- Definition: Logical containers that hold related resources for an Azure solution
- Key Properties:
- All resources must belong to a resource group
- Resources can only belong to one resource group
- Resource groups can't be nested
- Resources can be moved between resource groups
