Compliance Guide - SOC 2

Overview

SOC 2 (System and Organization Controls 2) is a compliance framework developed by the AICPA that evaluates an organization's information systems based on five Trust Services Criteria. It is the most commonly requested compliance report for SaaS and cloud service providers.

Type I describes control design at a point in time; Type II adds proof that controls operated effectively over 3-12 months.
